Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kronoi (“Kronoi”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit kronoi.com (the “Site”). The Site is a marketing site for the Kronoi product, currently in a pre-launch phase. If we launch the product, the product itself will be governed by its own privacy terms.

Information we collect

We keep collection to a minimum. The Site collects:

• Waitlist email address. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. This is the only information the waitlist form sends.
• Anonymous usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic and real-world performance (page views, referrers, Core Web Vitals). This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not identify you personally and does not use cookies.

We do not collect names, payment information, or precise location, and the Site has no user accounts.

How we use your information

• To notify you about Kronoi’s launch, early access, and closely related product updates. This is the sole purpose of the waitlist.
• To understand Site traffic and improve performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

The Site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics provider operates without cookies.

Where your data lives

Waitlist submissions are sent to and stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. The Site is hosted on Vercel, which also processes the anonymous analytics described above. These providers act as our processors and may store data in data centers outside your country of residence.

Data retention

We keep waitlist email addresses until the waitlist has served its purpose (for example, after launch onboarding) or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove you from the waitlist. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@kronoi.com.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us their email address, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site or the product evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be announced by email.
